This period can be seen as a period of crucial breakthroughs in the company’s development. We established business partnerships with important foreign investors, changes were made to the company management and we won our first contract worth several hundred million Czech crowns.
The dynamic development of our company meant that we had to build our own administrative building, where we moved in November 2004.
How we fared
In 2002 our annual turnover exceeded CZK 1 billion for the first time and we won a lucrative contract for building the Carrefour hypermarket in Olomouc worth several hundred million crowns. This project meant a significant shift in our possibilities on the construction market.

The figures are in millions of crowns
In this period, our long-term efforts aimed at maintaining good relations with our business partners, quality control, safety at work and environmental protection bore fruit in the form of establishing long-term and continuous cooperation with new foreign investors such as, for instance, Miele, Bang & Olufsen, Lidl, Windmöller & Hölscher or Prologis Ingersoll-Rand Equipment Manufacturing Czech Republic s. r. o.
The Carrefour Olomouc hypermarket built in 2002 radically influenced the development of the company. In the following years we were building our own administrative building and also a number of modern industrial buildings of Bang & Olufsen Kopřivnice, Miele Uničov and the logistic centre of ProLogis with the ŠESTKA shopping centre in Prague.
Evolution of the team
In the year 2000 three new management positions were established: the general, the operation and the technical director. The following year we introduced a new information system, Navision Financials, a construction operations management system, IPOS, and also a motivation remuneration system.
In 2003 one of the partners of the company together with some 70 permanent staff left the company. Despite that, the remaining employees managed to maintain a turnover of over one billion Czech crowns and the management set a target of increasing permanent staff to 500 and the annual turnover to two billion Czech crowns.
